Welcome to Ambuja Yoga! I’m Autumn Adams, E-RYT YACEP, and I am the founder of Ambuja Yoga. I am thrilled that you’ve found us (and that you’re snooping around to learn more). Each and every day I am thankful for this community of awesome, powerful and compassionate yogis. I am grateful that you’re here and that you’re interested in investing in your wellbeing by attending a yoga retreat. I created Ambuja Yoga in 2014 as an outlet to share my passion for wellbeing and balanced living while actively creating a life that I LOVE. As Ambuja Yoga came into fruition and evolved into what it is today, I can honestly say that I have found my path, my life’s work, my dharma. I want the same for you. I want you to love the life you live. My hope is to empower YOU to be courageous (to take those leaps), to handle life’s challenges with grace, and uncover your life’s sankalpa (an intention that guides you in all aspects of your life). You are worth it! You are worthy of investment!

What a beautiful experience. The right amount of yoga, special sessions and wonderful people! I plan on going again next year!

This was an amazing experience. I went into this retreat with no expectations because I had never experienced anything like this before. Autumn is amazing. She brings with her many different experiences and all of it comes together to make her retreats a joyful experience. I decided to attend this retreat because I am moving through the grief process and this helped me realize that grief will always be there but it does not have to define me. Doing yoga twice a day and then doing afternoon hikes was exactly what my body was looking for. If I wanted to move through grief, I had to get my body moving again. It has helped so much. The food was fantastic. Toni did a great job in the kitchen keeping us all fed. I know she worked very hard at her job but it paid off. Thank you Toni. If you decided to go on one of Autumn’s retreats and you go in with an open heart and mind, I promise you, you will come out differently. There were many activities to do during the days and I decided to do all of it. As long as I was there, I wanted to get as much out of the experience as I could. I am so glad I did. Thank you Autumn for sharing your gifts with us. I will be attending another retreat in the future. This was life changing for me. Thank you.

Jayne, Wow, thank you so much for sharing this. I’m seriously honored to have held space for you during such a tender season. Grief is such a layered journey, and I’m so glad the movement, the hikes, and the energy of the retreat gave your body and heart what they needed. And yes — big love to Toni for keeping us all so well fed! 🤍 Your openness and presence brought so much to the group. Can’t wait to hug you again at the next one. Autumn 🤍

From the moment I arrived, I knew this yoga retreat was something special! Nestled in a serene, natural setting, it offered the perfect escape from the noise of daily life. Autumn curated a thoughtfully planned schedule reflecting care, mindfulness and intention. The yoga sessions were truly exceptional! I felt completely supported throughout the entire retreat which left me feeling balanced and renewed every day. Beyond the mat the retreat offered fresh nourishing meals thoughtfully prepared by Toni, which that alone felt healing. The hikes and workshops were wonderful and added depth to the experience. The sense of community was powerful! The atmosphere was open, inclusive and genuinely heart centered. I formed meaningful connections that I know will last well beyond the retreat. This experience wasn't just a getaway, it was a reset for my body, mind and soul. If you're looking for retreat that nurtures every part of you, this is it!

Ahhh I’m sitting here smiling reading this — thank you so much. It means the world to hear that you felt so held, so nourished, and so connected during our time together. That’s exactly what I hope these retreats become — a full-body reset, a soul tune-up, and a space to just be. I’m so glad that everything came together in a way that filled your cup. It was such a gift having you there. And I absolutely agree — the connections made on retreat have a way of sticking with us. So much love to you. 🤍

Do not hesitate to book a yoga retreat with Autumn and Ambuja Yoga! You deserve this! I am newer to yoga so was a little nervous about going on a yoga retreat, but the moment I met Autumn she makes you feel so comfortable. The experience that she provided was like no other and am grateful to have experienced it with such a wonderful and inspirational group of ladies! Definitely looking forward to doing more retreats with Autumn in the future!

I recently returned from a yoga retreat at Samahita Retreat in Thailand with Autumn, and it was truly a great experience. Each day offered two yoga sessions that were challenging, fun, and even cathartic. The retreat space itself is an ideal environment for unwinding and being at peace. One of the things I appreciated most was the balance between community and quiet time. As an introvert, I loved that the group activities were optional—there was always the chance to connect with others, but also the freedom to step back and enjoy some peaceful alone time at the retreat. Autumn does a great job of respecting each woman’s individual experience while also fostering a sense of camaraderie. The pre-trip support was solid —Autumn provided consistent communication and well-organized travel planning, so I always felt I knew all the info, and could relax about the details. It was also so lovely to see a few familiar faces from previous retreats, and even more special to form friendships with so many new women. Everyone was welcoming, funny, kind, and so open to sharing this unique experience together. I left feeling recharged and full of gratitude for everyone who showed up as their own unique person. Can't wait for my next trip with Autumn!

I’m still dreaming about this retreat Glow Within in Thailand (Koh Samui) —it was an incredible experience! This was my fourth retreat with Autumn, and they just keep getting better and better. Autumn has an amazing talent for not only creating engaging yoga practices but also weaving in heartfelt messages and inspiration. Her passion, thoughtfulness, and heart truly shine through in everything she does. Honestly, I don’t think I would jump on an airplane for any other yoga leader, but with Autumn, I know it will always be worth it. I trust her completely to plan something extraordinary every time. Autumn puts so much care into every detail, from thoughtfully designed excursions to carefully selected gifts and the warm, welcoming circle she creates. This retreat was no exception—I loved the venue with its amazing fresh food, relaxing spa treatments, and the beautiful community of yogis and staff. I can say with confidence that my next vacation without my family will absolutely be another retreat with Autumn. If you’re considering one of her retreats, don’t hesitate—it’s an experience you’ll treasure forever.

I had the pleasure of attending the Glow Within Retreat in Thailand. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the retreat, the yoga classes, the location (Thailand, does it get any better?) and most of all our leader, Autumn Adams. The resort, Samahita, was beautiful and everyone was gracious and helpful. The excursions that were planned were fun and well thought out. Our morning yoga was so energizing and "hot" at times. The evening yoga was a wonderful restorative class and was perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the Mala class and the Manifestation class; they were both very educational and fun to be a part of. On a personal note, I am so grateful to Autumn for the one-on-one chats, for all of the professional advice and for sharing your tiny human, Atlas, with me. I am so happy that I went on this retreat, and I am already looking forward to the next one. Autumn keep doing what you do! You are amazing, smart, and beautiful inside & out. Keep up the retreats and I will see you on one of them soon... hopefully!

Autumn and Toni are experienced and dynamic yoga teachers with so much to share. I loved looking up at the trees while listening to the creek or Autumn giving us a sound bath during yoga, what a special experience. The meals were delicious, and I slept so well in the tipi. Thank you for this weekend of wonder, rest, fun, and connection with welcoming and wise women!
